We are a not-for-profit community of business leaders with a vision of educating and supporting the business community, Government and Next Gen.

We process a limited amount of personal data for the purposes of the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 (the DP Law) and this notice sets out further information regarding that processing.

The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

· Name and contact of Founders, supporters and enquirers.

How we get your personal information and why we collect it

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you. We do not collect personal data from third parties but we may receive a recommendation or referral because of the nature of the work we do.

We use the information that you have given us in order to communicate with you about the work we do and how you can get involved.

We do not share this information with any third parties, unless requested by you or with your consent.

Under the DP Law, the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information is consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time by contacting XX, and no further contact will be made.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored for the duration of our relationship with you. After which it will be deleted

Under the DP Law, you have rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have 4 weeks to respond to you (in limited circumstances this may be extended by a further 8 weeks).
